| For the purposes of supporting normal operation of shipping companies during the COVID-19 outbreak, properly solving difficulties in the shifts of crew on board of international navigation vessels of Chinese nationality, and safeguarding the labor rights and interests of crew, in accordance with the relevant provisions of China's laws and regulations, the relevant matters concerning arranging the shifts of crew on board of international navigation vessels of Chinese nationality during the COVID-19 outbreak are hereby announced as follows: | | 為支持新冠肺炎疫情防控期間航運公司正常運營，妥善解決中國籍國際航行船舶的在船船員換班困難問題，保護船員勞動權益，依據我國法律法規相關規定，現就新冠肺炎疫情期間中國籍國際航行船舶在船船員換班安排有關事宜公告如下： |

The shipping companies shall, in a timely manner, learn the epidemic prevention and control measures at the arrival port during the COVID-19 outbreak, make schedules for shifts of crew and vessel navigation plans, and arrange shifts of crew on board whose employment contracts or seafarers' employment agreements are expired. | | 一、航運公司應及時掌握新冠肺炎疫情期間船舶到達港口的疫情防控措施，制定船員換班和船舶航行計劃，及時安排船員勞動合同或上船協議到期的在船船員換班。 |
